Eiscafe Museo in Friedrichshafen

Very unfriendly waiter he just threw the drinks on the table and he was very rude. The pizza was the worst in my life, ready to eat mushrooms from the can and they should be Italian When I asked for the bill, he simply told me a fictitious price without an invoice, nothing, when I then asked for the bill, the price was suddenly 2 euros cheaper. I have the feeling that the customer's satisfaction doesn't matter, they only want to benefit because of the good location.

Ice cream good, but there are better ones in the immediate vicinity

Very inattentive waiters. There are only 6 people sitting in the ice cream parlor, and there are 6 waiters at the counter, chatting without even responding once to a sign. The ice cream there is good, as are the waffles. The ambience is pretty cool and doesn't really invite you to linger.

Great spagetti and pizzas. Very friendly staff. Food came very quickly.

Good ice and I liked that they have wasp catchers. No wasps on our ice!

Great choice of ice cream and drinks, really nice location facing the lake and overlooking the Zeppelin Museum area. More courtesy on the part of the staff would not hurt though.

After waiting for a while, a very listless looking waiter came to our table to take our order. It must be said that only about a third of the tables were occupied and the waiters (as far as I could see there were three) loitered at the door. The sundaes ordered had already melted heavily when they were served. After a few minutes, a waiter took the ice cream and drinks cards from the table without asking and passed them on to other guests, although there were enough cards on the tables that were still free !!! Since we wanted to have a drink after the ice cream, I got the cards from an empty table. Before we could order the drinks, the cards were stolen from the table by the same waiter without a word! An elderly lady who was sitting at the next table and wanted to order something in perfect German was snapped at briskly because the waiter did not understand her! All the waiters seemed annoyed and very arrogant! If the Al Museo wants to see its guests again, then it will only be with friendly and committed staff! IN ANY CASE NOT! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

It was actually quite ok, but the staff was unfriendly, smoked constantly and couldn't even take the correct order for two people. which was also pointed out and the missing was brought in but associated with additional costs and then also collected without receipt and charged more. An absolute nogo .. Definitely not again

Extremely rude and lazy staff. Sneak around, do not say hello, mouth and nose protection is worn on the neck, mostly smoking or playing cell phones. The order was served incorrectly, the food was somewhat OK, the invoice was calculated without a receipt and the amount was 2 euros higher than in the card. I don't usually write reviews, but I want you guys to know. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Good food for a fair price. Unfortunately it fails because of the very listless and unfriendly service force. First we discussed next to our table which condition is responsible for us. You were neither welcomed nor bid farewell. After we had our drinks and food (parts of the order were forgotten) we saw nothing of the condition and even had to run after the waitress to pay.

Service not particularly friendly. Food rather average. We waited 20 minutes until we were allowed to place our order on a Tuesday.

Not recommendable. The man who served us was incredibly unfriendly. I have rarely seen such arrogant service. The ice cream portions were loveless and served in broken and cracked glasses. We paid 4 euros for a scoop of chocolate ice cream in a glass. Unfortunately we noticed that too late. Apart from the bad service, the tables were not properly cleaned or disinfected. I would love to give zero stars.

Wrong ice cream and rude service. Ice cream sundae almost melted. Wouldn't visit this place again !!! The bald waiter may not think he's working anymore, he doesn't understand what you're talking about. When paying, an amount was just given immediately without a receipt or anything on request, he sighed. The toilets are very disgusting it is an outrage to greet customers like that

Well, unfortunately I can't comment on the food or the service. Even a really long wait at an empty table could not induce any service staff to come to our table - even though not all the other tables were occupied. Two stars because the location is actually quite nice.

Very friendly staff. The pizza and tiramisu were delicious. We haven't eaten such a great pizza in a long time. We can highly recommend this place!

Operation rude. The pizza literally floated in oil. The oil just dripped down. I pressed it directly into the pizza baker's hand. Never again.

The staff was rude and wrong if they wore masks at all. The six of us were not allowed to sit at a table but 6 other men were allowed to do so without any problems. Instead of an ice chocolate, I was brought a hot chocolate. It was also outrageously expensive😠 Not recommended at all

Not recommendable. Have been here again and have not been served, even after being there for almost an hour, you will not be looked after, staff will just walk past you. In addition, there was not even any staff up in the smoking area. And once they get the answer that they are tired of it and go home, even though they are still open for over an hour. I've never seen such a dirty shop, you just don't need it, never again !!!

Is nicely located. Almost at the lake. The ice cream is delicious. But the staff is not very friendly and you have to wait until someone comes or if you want to pay even if there is not much going on. You have to be careful when paying, they like to hit something on it as it is on the card. Has happened to me twice

We live in Friedrichshafen and are often in the Al Museo. Today, however, I was very disappointed. We sat on the terrace where just 3 tables were occupied, in the ice cream cafe there were 4 waiters who talked animatedly and didn't think it was necessary to serve guests. After what felt like 10 minutes, a family with two children came to sit near us. They were served after two minutes. When this waiter ran past us we left.

Good pizza, child friendly, spoke Italian

This place try to fool us and charge 5€ of still water without having it in the menu. And then, without giving the receip, they charge us 7€ more. Never again, this kind of places should be avoided. We are tourist, not stupids.

Mostly I only get my ice cream here during summer. Ice Cream in Friedrichshafen can be considered as cheap compared to Italy.

Families not welcome! Took a seat outside with my wife and kids. Several minutes no reaction from staff. So we left and two elderly took our place instantly. We were still leaving and a waiter was already at their table.... what a offencive f** up place.
